Bi’Boya Antique

The substrate must be cleaned from dust, dirt and oil and should be made sound and dry. For a smooth wall, the entire surface should be levelled with Bi’Boya İnce Akrilik Macun or Bi’Boya Çimento Esaslı Macun The surface is primed with Bi’Boya Silikonlu Astar Trendy in appropriate colour and the surface preparation is completed.

The first layer of Bi’Boya Antique, which is converted into mortar by mixing with water, is applied smoothly on entire surface by using a trowel in a way that the first layer is minimum 1 mm.

Before proceeding with the second layer, it must be waited for 5-6 hours for drying of the first layer. During the second layer application, Bi’Boya Antique is applied on entire surface smoothly and desired pattern is given on the wet surface by using different application tools such as trowel, brush, roller etc. Before the application dries, the surface is smoothened with a trowel about 2 hours later. It should be waited for 1 day for complete drying of the surface. Then entire surface is primed with Bi’Boya Antique Coat as a single layer and it should be waited for 4-6 hours to dry. If the natural colour of Bi’Boya Antique is preferred, the surface can be left like this. In order to give antique effect is different shades, Bi’Boya Antique Coat, which is tinted by using BiRenk Ustası, is applied on the surface which has been primer applied and completely dried, by means on a roller and excessive material is wiped and cleaned by means of a wet sponge. Surface will dry 4-6 hours later.
